Hi yall!

One of the great loves of my life is fitness. I believe that when you move your body, you change your mind. The power of movement is such an incredible thing that continues to inspire me to go out and chase my goals in all other areas of my life. Currently I am an indoor cycling instructor, but love all different types of movement including yoga, running, pilates, etc!
